Free postage and free returns

Postage & Packing is free on UK orders, no matter how small.  And if you want to return a product from a UK address, we will refund the postage you paid.

Super fast dispatch

We know from experience that when you order something online, you tend to want it straight away, thank you very much. So we aim to send out all orders (unless it’s a bespoke product) within 48 hours of the order being placed. Quite often we send an order out on the very same day, as we’re very particular about things like that. The exception is if we’re on our holidays, which will be flagged in big letters on our home page and on the delivery info page.

No nonsense problem-solving

If there’s ever an issue, or you need something doing in a particular way, just let us know.  A senior, named member of staff will sort out your requirements, pronto!  No messing and definitely no ignoring you or fobbing you off.  To put it simply, we wouldn’t dream of behaving any other way.
